Instructor - skills training (Las Vegas, NV)

Clearpath Vale Staffing places workers with employers around Las Vegas, and we need an Instructor to lead our skills training. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about retention. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in retention. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
