Instructor - skills training (Knoxville, TN)

Rivermark Clear Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Knoxville, and we need an Instructor to lead our skills training. You would join a small organisation of about 186 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about equipment calibration. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Knoxville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
