Instructor - skills training (Knoxville, TN)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Bright Early Learning and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be skills training. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about meal programmes. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in meal programmes. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
