Instructor - skills training (Knoxville, TN)

We are growing our team at Bright Timber Auto Group and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be skills training. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about supplier deliveries. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in supplier deliveries. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
