Instructor - skills training (Jacksonville, FL)

Greenridge Thistle Medical Group is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on skills training for production lots, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 90 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about production lots. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in production lots. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
