Instructor - skills training (Jacksonville, FL)

We are growing our team at Northwind Ridge Learning Group and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be skills training. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about school calendars. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in school calendars. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
