Instructor - skills training (Indianapolis, IN)

Nova Junction Medical is a Indianapolis company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring an Instructor to take on skills training. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about regulatory submissions. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in regulatory submissions. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
