Instructor - skills training (Indianapolis, IN)

Northwind Fox Medical designs and makes medical devices in Indianapolis. We are hiring an Instructor to take on skills training. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about clinical evaluations. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in clinical evaluations. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
