Instructor - skills training (Indianapolis, IN)

Fernwood Iron Staffing connects candidates and employers across the Indianapolis region, and we need an Instructor to lead our skills training. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about client orders. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in client orders. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
