Instructor - skills training (Houston, TX)

Bluepeak Haven Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Houston region. We are hiring an Instructor to take on skills training. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about service appointments. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in service appointments. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
