Instructor - skills training (Houston, TX)

Westbrook Juniper Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Houston, and we need an Instructor to lead our skills training. You would join a small organisation of about 12 people based in Houston. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about equipment calibration. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
