Instructor - skills training (Houston, TX)

Rivermark Ashton Care Services provides in-home and community support in Houston, and we need an Instructor to lead our skills training. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about caregiver training. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in caregiver training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
