Instructor - skills training (Honolulu, HI)

We are growing our team at Bright Ashton Health and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be skills training. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about patient education. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in patient education. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
