Instructor - skills training (Hartford, CT)

Highbridge Timber Early Learning runs childcare centres in Hartford caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need an Instructor to lead our skills training. You would join a large organisation of about 964 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about enrolment. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in enrolment. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Hartford, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
