Amberfield Cobalt Early Learning is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on skills training for meal programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about meal programmes. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in meal programmes. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Hartford, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
