Instructor - skills training (Fresno, CA)

Foxglove Field Staffing Group is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on skills training for timekeeping, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 928 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about timekeeping. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in timekeeping. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
