Instructor - skills training (Fresno, CA)

Fernwood Keystone Care Services is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on skills training for licensing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about licensing. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in licensing. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
