Instructor - skills training (Fort Worth, TX)

Lumen Beacon Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Fort Worth area, and we need an Instructor to lead our skills training. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about student accounts. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in student accounts. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
