Instructor - skills training (Fort Worth, TX)

Redstone Field Medical designs and makes medical devices in Fort Worth. We are hiring an Instructor to take on skills training. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about complaint handling. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in complaint handling. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
