Instructor - skills training (El Paso, TX)

Bright Clear Care Services Group supports families and individuals in El Paso with personal care and coordination, and we need an Instructor to lead our skills training. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about caregiver training. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in caregiver training. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
