Instructor - skills training (Detroit, MI)

Lumen Amber Auto Group is a Detroit company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring an Instructor to take on skills training. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about service appointments. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in service appointments. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Detroit. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
