Instructor - skills training (Detroit, MI)

Summit Ivory Health Partners is a healthcare provider in Detroit with clinics and support teams. We are hiring an Instructor to take on skills training. You would join a large organisation of about 209 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about insurance authorisations. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in insurance authorisations.
