Instructor - skills training (Denver, CO)

Lumen Fern Care Services Partners provides in-home and community support in Denver. We are hiring an Instructor to take on skills training. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about licensing. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in licensing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
