Bright Kestrel Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Denver. We are hiring an Instructor to take on skills training. You would join a large organisation of about 806 people based in Denver. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about classroom supplies. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in classroom supplies. • Teaching credential or training certificate.
