Ironwood Maple Staffing is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on skills training for timekeeping, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about timekeeping. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in timekeeping.
