Instructor - skills training (Dallas, TX)

Rivermark Iron Staffing connects candidates and employers across the Dallas region, and we need an Instructor to lead our skills training. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about client orders. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in client orders. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
