Instructor - skills training (Dallas, TX)

Cedar Field Staffing connects candidates and employers across the Dallas region, and we need an Instructor to lead our skills training. You would join a small organisation of about 127 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about retention. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in retention. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
