Instructor - skills training (Dallas, TX)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Iron Staffing and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be skills training. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about candidate screening. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in candidate screening. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Dallas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
