Instructor - skills training (Columbus, OH)

Cedar Pine Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Columbus. We are hiring an Instructor to take on skills training. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about production lots. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in production lots. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
