Instructor - skills training (Columbus, OH)

Cedar Wilder Staffing is a Columbus staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles, and we need an Instructor to lead our skills training. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about temp assignments. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in temp assignments.
