Instructor - skills training (Colorado Springs, CO)

Harborlight Willow Learning Group is an education provider in Colorado Springs serving students and families. We are hiring an Instructor to take on skills training. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about school calendars. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in school calendars. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
