Harborlight Lakeside Care Services is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on skills training for client records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about client records. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in client records. • Teaching credential or training certificate.
