Instructor - skills training (Cincinnati, OH)

Bluepeak Ashton Health provides primary and specialty care in Cincinnati. We are hiring an Instructor to take on skills training. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about insurance authorisations. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
