Instructor - skills training (Cincinnati, OH)

Harborlight Pike Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Cincinnati. We are hiring an Instructor to take on skills training. Families are partners. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about enrolment. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Cincinnati, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
