Instructor - skills training (Chicago, IL)

We are growing our team at Northwind Oak Inspection Services and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be skills training. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people based in Chicago. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about scheduling. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in scheduling. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Chicago. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
