Instructor - skills training (Chicago, IL)

Northwind Cross Inspection Services is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on skills training for scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about scheduling. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Chicago. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
