Instructor - skills training (Chicago, IL)

Nova Bright Staffing is a Chicago staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles, and we need an Instructor to lead our skills training. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about client orders. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in client orders. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Chicago. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
