Instructor - skills training (Charlotte, NC)

Foxglove Harbor Health is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on skills training for insurance authorisations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 235 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about insurance authorisations. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in insurance authorisations. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
