Instructor - skills training (Charlotte, NC)

Ironwood Ridge Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Charlotte, and we need an Instructor to lead our skills training. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about family communication. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
