Instructor - skills training (Charlotte, NC)

Amberfield Sparrow Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Charlotte, and we need an Instructor to lead our skills training. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about visit scheduling. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
