Instructor - skills training (Charlotte, NC)

Amberfield Ashton Care Services supports families and individuals in Charlotte with personal care and coordination, and we need an Instructor to lead our skills training. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about care plans. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in care plans. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
