Instructor - skills training (Charlotte, NC)

Highbridge Summit Learning Group is an education provider in Charlotte serving students and families, and we need an Instructor to lead our skills training. Families are partners. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about student accounts. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in student accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
