Instructor - skills training (Charleston, SC)

Foxglove Orchard Health provides primary and specialty care in Charleston. We are hiring an Instructor to take on skills training. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about referrals. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in referrals. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
