Instructor - skills training (Charleston, SC)

Summit Cedar Health Group is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on skills training for referrals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about referrals. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in referrals. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Charleston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
