Instructor - skills training (Charleston, SC)

We are growing our team at Silverline Iron Medical and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be skills training. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about complaint handling. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in complaint handling. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Charleston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
