Instructor - skills training (Charleston, SC)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Wilder Medical Group and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be skills training. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about complaint handling. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in complaint handling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
