Instructor - skills training (Buffalo, NY)

We are growing our team at Silverline Forge Care Services Group and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be skills training. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about caregiver training. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in caregiver training. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Buffalo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
