Instructor - skills training (Buffalo, NY)

Westbrook Maple Staffing connects candidates and employers across the Buffalo region. We are hiring an Instructor to take on skills training. You would join a large organisation of about 229 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about timekeeping. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in timekeeping. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
