Instructor - skills training (Buffalo, NY)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Bridge Care Services and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be skills training. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about visit scheduling. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in visit scheduling. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Buffalo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
