Instructor - skills training (Boston, MA)

Harborlight Ivory Health Associates provides primary and specialty care in Boston. We are hiring an Instructor to take on skills training. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about clinic supplies. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Boston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
